3 Data Pulse + Ninja Selling + 4DX = Major Success at Dickson Realty
It’s said that teams don’t rise to their goals but fall to their systems. As President and Co-Owner of Dickson Realty based in Nevada and California, Beau Keenan and his executive team, implemented 3 Data Pulse into their strategic plan and it’s helped them see substantial growth within the 1st Quarter of 2020.
2019 was a strategic year for Dickson Realty as Beau was transitioning into his current role as President, the team was already training their agents in the Ninja Selling philosophy and implementing the 4 Disciplines of Execution. The problem was they were finding there were lots of great ideas without the capacity to execute. They also were in search of one collaborative system that could house all the information they needed to communicate and measure their objectives effectively.
At the beginning of 2020, the Dickson Realty team of 330 agents, across 10 offices and 2 states were doing really well with an increase of 20% in volume and 7% in sides. As Beau states, “3 Data Pulse was really weaved into the success we were having in Q1.” 3DP mainly helps to track, measure, and evaluate their WIGs and improved communication within.
Dickson Realty managers love using 3DP because it’s improved communication with the executive team and with their agents. “It allows them to implement a plan with their agent, record their plan in the system, and then keep track and measure how the agent is progressing without having to go back and find where they made those notes, which,” Beau admits, “are sometimes on sketch pad lost on their desk or never really written down in the first place.”
“The greatest ah-ha moment I had with 3DP was when Covid hit,” Beau says, “It was important for us not to just keep in touch with our agents to see how their business was going but to see how THEY were doing.”
“Before 3DP, that would have been a daunting task to reach out to a few hundred agents, but with this system we were able to assign a group of agents to our managers and staff. After they called an agent, they would enter the notes in the system and I could go in and read how everyone was doing and offer specific help from leadership if needed.”
“3DP isn’t the shiny tool you share with your agents, it is the underneath, behind the scenes component we really needed,” Beau says. Having the right system in place, has enhanced Dickson Realty’s commitments to the Ninja Selling Philosophy and the 4 Disciplines of Execution to start 2020 off stronger year-over-year with 20% increase in volume and 7% increase in sides,
