This picture from the dashboard of an existing customer proves that 3 Data Pulse does in fact help predict agent attrition.

The top graph shows how the risk for all agents leaving the company grows through December.

The bottom graph shows the total active agent count.

As you can see, as the risk grows month after month, they eventually lose a couple of agents. Thanks to 3 Data Pulse, they were able to get ahead of the curve, and prevent any more agents from leaving.
